   I find that I get a first class service from this garage. There is only one big problem, they have so many clients for mot and servicing that it takes at least a week to have an appointment. However the owner Niall is very helpful when you need urgent help. I also find the charges are very reasonable.

   I went to this place like 3-4 years ago but only bothered to get round to writing a review now. Long story short they scammed me out of £50 for a battery replacement. I sold the car on shortly after it went to this garage and they broke down in the car and AA said the car wont start because the battery isn't even good enough for a moped. I remember calling them and saying i needed my wingmirror replacing and if they can, i might need a new battery. They said they can fix the wingmirror but they didn't have a battery. When I collected the car they already fitted a battery and charged me £50 for it. Now I see they just found one lying around and thought they could make a quick £50 from me - which they did. But I will never go back there and I've told everyone else to avoid the place. If they did the job properly, probably would have used the place as my local garage.

   Highly recommended. I have used NWC about 5 times and always found Neil & his team very honest, reliable, very competent, friendly, and very cost effective. They are very willing to take time to explain a problem and address questions and concerns. (Not faint praise... as basically, I don't trust any garage 100% because cars are complex and most mechanics have some limitations.)
