Been coming here for many years. Receptionists are great, prices are reasonable, & Kailesh Parmar is a fantastic dentist with a lot of knowledge and experience. Very friendly & professional.
The reception staff behaves in a very friendly manner, the best behaviour with us was from the dental doctor Mr. Dillon.
Only 20 reviews for a place that's been open for over 20 years seems suspucios. I was a patient here for over 20 years and all I can say is avoid this place at all costs. The work carried out on my teeth at this place has cost me alot of money to rectify. Had 2 second opinions from 2 different dentists without naming and shaming the dentist in question and they both blamed my current teeth issues on previous work carried out. Would give zero stars if that was an option
Fantastic practice. All staff I've ever met have been very nice and friendly. The receptionists Marie and harshita are truly lovely people who are always very helpful and love a good chat. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to dentistry, but Dr parag always makes sure I'm OK, stopping and checking that im alright and that really goes a long way. Overall you can just tell the people that work here care about their patients and are by far the best practice I've been too.
After telling the nhs dentist I needed a filling on one particular tooth and him ignoring me for a year, it finally got big enough that it almost decayed half my tooth. I finally received a filling for it and whilst he carried out the procedure, he knocked into the next tooth with his drill leaving a big nick in my enamel and continued as normal without a word. He also left decay during the process which led to me having to get my filling replaced later. Thanks mate.
Went on spec this morning without appointment as lost a filling and tooth was rotten and giving me plenty of tip,receptionist was brilliant and fitted me in straight away,dentist was superb extraction was painless,thank you very much
The staff are great the dentist I see makes feel comfortable and helps me get over my fears after having issues with my old dentist
Went to site to book appointment and got told to book it over the phone! Been calling these guys from 2 days over 20-30 calls but no one finds it important to pick up the call, too busy in pandemic i guess!
Every tooth that i try to fix there..i end up loosing it..i would give a 0 star service but i cant. There just there to take your money and not to do a good job.
