Today, Dr Aishvary Arha carried out some dental work, which quite honestly I had some anxiety about. I was stunned. Didn’t even feel the anaesthetic needles going in. Overall, I didn’t feel a thing and came out extremely happy. What a very nice gentleman
I’d like to personally thank Dr Rina Popat. I have insane anxiety when it comes to the dentist and knowing it’s all in my head I just have to mentally set myself up and try get on with it. Dr Rina Popat since day one has been really helpful, respectful, with zero judgement if I needed to take a moment. Any query, I’ve had she’s happy to answer.
Mr.Shah has been looking after my teeth since around 1980, when I was a young lad. Always a lovely friendly chap and excellent at his job. Unfortunately I moved out of the area 20+ years ago and made the (wrong) decision to move to a local dentist. I really wished I'd stayed with Mr.Shah and drove the 60miles from Cambridge to his surgery in Birstall. The dentists in my area are fairly dreadful tbh. Can I come back please :-)
Excellent dentist. Been her 10+ years. Mr Shah and his team are great. Very professional and I feel they genuinely care. Always get top treatment from this Dental practice. Me and my daughter are most grateful for Mr Shah and all his team. Thank you!
I can't recommend Birstall Dental Practice enough. Mrs Shah was very kind, professional and gentle. She talked me through the extraction of one of my teeth step by step and made me feel at ease. She knew I don't take too well to the local anaesthetic and therefore took her time and was constantly reassuring me. Mr Shah who I saw the week before was also just as nice. The receptionist are friendly and welcoming. I don't live in Birstall anymore but I won't be moving dentists anytime soon!
My mum and both boys visited Mrs Shah today. Once again 5 star treatment. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She listens to any issues you have and deals with them in both a professional and friendly manner. Mum needed an extraction at the last minute today. Mrs Shah did this with no hesitation and once again was absolutely wonderful. If ever Mrs Shah moves on we will definitely be following her. Her patients always come first. Whatever is needed is done. Highly recommend this practice. All staff are wonderful
As a general rule I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. Mrs Shah is the best dentist I have ever seen. She explains all procedures from start to finish and is so gentle. I have had considerable treatment, especially over the last 12 months. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and 100% professionalism. I cannot recommend Mrs Shah and her team enough and highly recommend. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would not hesitate.
Mrs D Shah has been fantastic. I came to her with a phobia of dentists, and therefore I had not seen a dentist in many years. She has been very patient, has explained all of my treatment in detail and has reassured me at every step. I can’t fault her or the dental nurses at this practice. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and kind.
I want to say that I have a huge fear of the dentist since a child and have been to many dental clinics in Leicester to help with my teeth. I had heard and read so many positive reviews about Dr Deepa Shah and I have to say she is amazing. Not only is she so considerate towards my anxiety but I have had 3 sessions of deep cleaning with no pain at all which she said she could do when the anesthetic is delivered properly. At first didn't believe her as been there before but I was glad to be proved wrong. I would highly recommend this clinic as all the staff are amazing and thank you so much Dr Shah for helping me on the track to a better smile.
(Dr Shah the female Dentist UPSTAIRS) is awful, she had my teenage child in and out of the dental seat in less than 20 seconds for a check up. (This would be our second appointment with her RUSHING TO GET YOU OUT WITHIN 20 SECONDS) When we used to see Dr Bamji he would clean and examine carefully, but the receptionist refuses us to see him again. I have never witnessed anything like DR Shah rushed appointments. She is ruining this practice established reputation!
