Great service at National Tyres and Autocare in Coventry Gosford street. Came in for various services tyres change, MOT, oil change etc and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They made sure everything was sorted properly and kept me informed throughout. Customer service was top-class. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them.

Booked online, arrived and had all four tyres fitted in just over half an hour. And all wheels bolted up using torque wrenches, something you don't see very often anymore, and done properly!!! Great service. Fast and efficient. Friendly staff. 10/10. Highly recommend.
Five star for MOT & Service I recently had my car in for an MOT and a service. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Booking via Halfords online system was very easy! The team were professional, transparent and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Following the MOT they explained everything clearly what needs doing amd estimated cost. After few days I rang to book on a service date, again very smooth booking over the phone. They kept me updated throughout the day and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary — just honest advice and quality work. The car now drives noticeably smoother, and the MOT was completed efficiently with no hassle. Pricing is fair, the turnaround time was excellent, and the customer service was exactly what you hope for but rarely get. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy garage.
Great service, got a really good discount on my new premium tyres with their offer and blue card discount was really way cheaper than anyone else in the market. Lovely staff, from Pet on the reception, with welcoming and checking in in no time, and Luis who did change my car tyres. Great service this afternoon - popped in for a battery check. All the staff were really helpful and friendly; car seen to straight away, advice given, new battery purchased and fitted. Cannot fault the service. Thank you.
Bought 2 new rear tyres and had them fitted here. Offer came with a bunch of freebies, such as a complimentary battery check, 5-point check, brake check, etc. When I went to drop my car off I was told that they would not be carrying out the free labour as they were understaffed for the day. It took took them almost 4 hours to fit the 2 new rear tyres and carry out a 4-wheel alignment - the things I was actually paying for. After picking my car up, I noticed it was heavily veering to the left. I pulled into another garage and asked them to have a look. It turns out that no alignment was carried whatsoever on any of the 4 wheels. Also, both of the new rear tyres were poorly fitted - they were heavily underinflated and not all of the wheel nuts were tightened all the way. Terrible experience, stay away.
Very helpful excellent service. The gentleman stopped what he was doing. He checked our car told us the issues and went on to fix it there and then . Even without a booked appointment. We're very pleased with his helpfulness. He also said he would look into it further should the issue persist. How many people are this helpful nowadays.
Don't go there unless you would like to scrap your car! I have a very little oil leak in my car (even hard to notice). I went there and asked them to check that, they took the car to the ramp and then after about 10 mins he drove it out and asked me to drive strightaway saying there is nothing serious, just a small pipe at the bottom of the car need replacement. Before I drove many pedestrians asked me to look under my car, I had a look and I was shocked that all my gearbox oil was on the floor (See pictures).You can easily notice from my park that I was leaving the garage. I went back to them to ask what did happen and spoke to the person who is in charge. They were very offensive and keep saying we haven't done anything wrong for your car, they were threating me, shouting on me and kick me out of the office (my friend was there and some customers were setting in the office as well). I did call another mechanic and he did advise me not to drive my car at all, otherwise I will damage the engine and the gearbox. It was clearly that If I did drive my car as per their advice, I will make an accident or at least ruin my car! I will take a legal action against them because it isn't fair at all to treat people in this way!
