Not only did the parts fit perfectly, but the customer service was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the right components for my vehicle.    Today, 26/07/24 time 16:00 non stop until 16:45 on the A4243 flyover from Asda, Ferry road towards Culverhouse cross direction, a Spartan employee in the company car and reg PK20 WFZ was texting on his phone continuously in the outside lane. There was a traffic jam due to lane closure with average speeds of 20mph although, last time I checked- the highway code states you're not allowed to use any handheld device in this matter, especially texting for that duration. He was a young lad, slim with dark short hair. Was behind me and he was trying to keep texting whilst moving and kept coming close to my car and he had to continuously keep breaking. I beeped my horn and and put my hand up but he was oblivious I was directing this to him to get off his phone. Just got my new car and he was putting me on edge. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Wasn't like a one off quick text to alert someone of the late arrival/traffic jam, he was just casually texting continuously the whole 45 minutes until I turned off and he continued on the same road. If you claim this vehicle is not part of your fleet at this location then let me know what fleet this car registration belongs to and I'll forward my review to their business page instead. Ironic behaviour considering your type of industry.

   Have used this place for a few years now since moving to Cardiff. Found the prices on timing belt kits and other key parts good and always good quality parts iv never returned anything. Only problem is I will not ever step foot in this place again. There is an older gentleman behind the counter who is agresive and pure miserable and very rude. After 3 encounters with this chap I decided to take my cash elsewhere now and mainly get my parts now online elce where as I will not stand for discrimination or bullying.

   Went to Cardiff Branch a couple of weeks ago and I found the staff extremely rude, 0 customer service skills and is absolutely shocking. No intentions of helping you when your in a pickle. I’m not from the Cardiff area but definitely wouldn’t go to this branch again. Absolutely terrible, I’d seriously rethink about your staff.

   Staff are very rude, went there to return an item, as i walked in and said good morning, one of the staff looked at me and shouted YEAH!!!!! I pointed the item " can i return this please" WHAT???? he replied,, i repeated the same words, then the hero jumped off his seat, picked up the item then said OH I DON'T HAVE ANY CASH IN THE TILL RIGHT NOW, i paid by card " replied, then he looked at his colleague and said what do you think it's been 3 weeks can we return it, His clever colleague shacked his head NO IT SHOULD BE 2 WEEKS ONLY,, then through the item on the table and went back to his desk,,,. But i have up to 28 days to return unused item by law, He came back to me, read the invoice theen said it says only 7 days for the special order parts,. I took the part and walked away. They could have been more polite and just explain to me why they can't return it,. Very disappointed and i will never go back again to that place.

   I was looking for a battery and ordered 12v 80ah 5hr battery, they brought me a 12v 75ah 10hr battery for £285. Next day went to them to change it for me to the right battery and they reject it. Because it's a "special order" I told them if is a special order or not this battery it's wrong and its not suitable for the forklift. A man which is the manager, was very aggressive, unfriendly and unprofessional, be ashamed to call your self manager, a manager looks after reputation gives a good service, but your service was poor. Your parts a wrong and expensive, I should be angry on you but instead this guy was shouting and using bad words. You ***** Be sure I'll take my right back! I recommend everyone one to avoid this place, this guy is a thief. By the way the same battery for the forklift costs £200 a set of 2 and not 1 piece for £285.
