   Best dentist in Leicester by far!! Reena Patel is extremely helpful and professional. She is very understanding and provides the best advice! The treatment I received was painless as she took a lot of care and patience. I could feel a significant difference to my oral health after my treatment. I could not thank you enough! They deserve a 10 star if that was possible 10/10

   Rang Monday morning for an emergency appointment and got one at 09:45. My tooth had cracked and needed to be removed. My dentist was amazing and reassuring. He scheduled me another appointment for 14:40 the same day and very quickly and skilfully removed it. I have major fears and anxiety but he and his assistant remained very confident and calm to put me at ease. Cannot recommend highly enough. I’m so thankful to have first class service when I need it. Also the reception staff are very accommodating and polite. All in all a great dental practice.

   Been trying to ring practise today all day long! Simply noone picking up the phone despite the fact every time I rang I was prompted I was number 1 in line! Was trying to ring in the morning - no luck, at noon - was promted they ve got lunch that was supposed to finish at 13.30 but apparently lunch break was 1h not 30 min. I do understand everyone deserves a lunch, but prompt that itl take 1h, not 30 min so people not wasting their time trying to reach you. Rang several times once again after lunch (after 2pm) and once again, even I was first in line after 3 min waiting time my call was cut off! Honestly you have to reconsider your customer service! In total I ve made 125 attempts in 1 day to ring practise and none was successful. I ve been with this dental practise for years and never experienced anything like that! Don't know what's the issue was but don't blame COVID is nothing to do with that! I'll be more then happy to change my ranking if this problem gonna be served! I don't understand why would I need to attend practise just to book an appointment when it can be done through phone!

   I have been a patient at the surgery since a child . Over 30 years! The surgery has changed alot over the past few years but only for the better. I recently visited with an infected wisdom tooth and Mr Shah was so kind and polite as always and fitted me in with such short notice. 5 stars from me

   Been coming here for 15 years since coming to England and habe found the best dentist ( B Parmar ) and amazing receptionist staff and dental nurses/dentists . My kids don't mind trips to the dentist all down to this great practise !!!!!

   Worst dental practice ever. very rude receptionist avoid this place every time I've been the 2 women on reception are rude. Please use the dentist in Beaumontleys or or the one on fosse Road a minute away they are brilliant. They will kick you out the practice if you don't go every 6 months for a check up. They don't send reminders for when your due one then get angry if you ask any questions.

   I have just had a 2 hour treatment appointment with Mr Parmar. I can honestly say I felt no pain at all, not even the injection. I am so pleased. The reception staff are friendly polite and courteous, they treat you like an individual not just another patient. Thank you.
