   Closes at 2pm on a Saturday yet when i rang for a number plate at 1.15 i was told everybody had gone home. More than likely the miserable bloke who answered the phone couldn’t be bothered.

   Motor Traders BEWARE!! We had our £400 bill that we had missed as they sent to an old email. Received a letter to Pay it. We paid it off straight away only for them to send a Court letter through to claim over £1800 in late fees!!!! Horrendous behaviour and I hope most of the trade pull away from you.

   Fast parts should put up to date Covid 19 information on their website. There's nothing on there about only being able to click and collect so I wasted my time today trying to shop there. The store assistant wasn't very helpful either and just told me to go home and phone my order in even though I only wanted a fuse that cost less than £1 - my phone call would probably have cost more than the fuse! Very confusing website and poor customer service.

   Been dealing with Fast parts for a few years now, and the guys on the phone have excellent knowledge and always have good advice if we are not sure on the part we need. If we nip in to the shop the boys on the front desk are ALWAYS friendly and go above and beyond what they need to be doing to help us out,again with fantastic knowledge and great advice, the prices are very good and they have a wide variety of parts, and if they haven't got what you need they will do their best to get it. All staff are always very polite and cheerful, the are doing a great job. WELL DONE GUYS.

   Pretty good selection in the store, I was able to find what I wanted without having to ask for some things to be brought out. Very reasonable price too, which is good. Not used these guys for a while, as I am in Cardiff, but glad they were on route the other day. Worth the trip if you need a radiator though, it is still worth it for the saving.
