   I had a Pioneer LCD with apple carplay including a reverse camera fitted in my Honda Jazz mk3. Waz was professional and a man of his word. He made me feel reassured and confident during the entire process. This is your man is if you want high quality backed by years of experience. You can get cheaper jobs elsewhere, but most likely will not last you and potentially more expensive to repair. I 100% recommend Waz for the job, no hesitation at all, he is your man. Thanks Waz

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Unmatched Expertise I had an outstanding experience at B&B Audio Concepts. From the moment I walked in, the owner's passion for car audio and genuine care for his customers was obvious. Waz took the time to walk me through the shop display, explaining in detail the possibilities for upgrading my vehicle’s sound system. He offered honest advice based on my questions and put together a setup that worked within my tight budget. We shook hands and booked the vehicle in. After giving it more thought and doing some forum research based on Waz’s advice and reputation, I decided to go for a few small upgrades to achieve an even better sound—well worth it. On the day of the install, I was kept up to date with progress via phone. When I arrived to collect the vehicle, Waz gave me a full demonstration and even sat with me in the car to ensure I understood how everything worked. Wow—when I heard the system for the first time, I was absolutely blown away. The crisp clarity and stunning bass were so much more than I was hoping for. It completely transformed the driving experience. I’m extremely fussy, especially with new vehicles, and have had bad experiences in the past where other companies damaged my cars. But the quality of workmanship here was flawless—you’d never even know the fitters had been in. Amazing job by the team, especially working on a new car with under 1,000 miles! What really stood out was Waz’s honesty, knowledge, and incredibly friendly nature—it honestly felt like chatting with a best mate, not a salesperson. This level of customer service and dedication is so rare these days. If you're after expert advice, quality gear, top-tier installers, and a truly personal experience, I can’t recommend Waz and the team at B&B Audio Concepts enough. Don’t be fooled by the “wannabe” audio shops—these guys are the real deal and have been leading the way for many years.

   Awesome service and advice from Wes and the team at B&B up to and during today. An install of an Android touchscreen into my Audi A4 Avant. Waz advised me of the unit and supplier to go through as he didn’t personally carry the unit, then his team carried out the install. An excellent experience and would totally recommend contacting Waz and the team for any ICE enquiries.

   Amazing work and amazing people. They knew what they were talking about and it always felt like I was in good hands. Got my MK5 Caddy fitted with an amp, sub and an upgrade on the speakers in the doors and pillars, as well as deadening of the cabin doors and floor. Dropped the Caddy off at 9am, and it was done by 4pm the same day. Like I said, amazing job and service, and now the Caddy sounds phenomenal

   B&B AudioConcepts, Waz and his team of very skilled technicians really brought my car back to life. I had a complete upgrade from the 'dated' original infotainment, Issues were found getting the TV to work but Waz made sure that I would not leave with something that he was not 100% confident and happy with! Now everything works flawlessly, new touch screen, with access to play store so full app list. Was even took the time after closing to walk me through set up. So thanks to him and his team and I would recommend B&B AudioConcepts to anyone wanting a great upgrade.
