   I arrived on time that was agreed only waited a few minutes to see the representative who checked what service the car required and asked what time I wanted to collect the car. I then received a video showing the visual checks and some recommendations. I received a phone call saying the car was ready to collect twenty minutes earlier as I asked for allow me time to return. On my return the representative explained what work had been done and the handover was complete and the time agreed was met.

   I work in community and got a flat tyre. I called Listers and they told me to bring it in and they would sort it out for me despite being fully booked for the day. They were so accommodating. Only charged me for the tyre and got a car health check as part of the service. It identifed other bits that need sorting but the guy explained everything in detail and it was nothing to worry about right now. They really helped me out in a tight spot. Very much appreciated and great service.

   Took my VW passat in for a minor repair after an idiot damaged it and drove off. I decided to pay myself due to insurance excess barely being less. Listers wasn't the cheapest quote.. but were by far the most courteous and professional of the VW garages I called. Some garages were downright patronizing. Listers gave me an appointment when I called, and told me it would take a few weeks as the part needed spraying to match. The part was ready when I arrived, no problem and the car was repaired quickly, you can't tell it was ever damaged. I was offered a free car wash and vac but had to decline as was rushing back to work. Mike on the service front desk offered to get it washed next time I was in the area which was very nice of him. Showroom, waiting area (fresh ground coffee and other complimentary drinks) free wifi and clean loos made it a pleasant place to wait. Would recommend if you are looking for polite helpful staff as well as good garage know how.

   Took my Golf to have it's MOT, usually have this done in Birmingham where it was purchased. Prior to me taking it for it's MOT, I had to visit this place as I had a warning on my dash and I was unsure how to resolve. Another garage asked me to book in for a service, however I needed to take a long trip in a matter of days. The guy at VW sorted the issue within minutes, no payment needed. A few weeks later booked my MOT, great service and feedback, honest recommendations, no hard up sell. Overall a great experience!
