    Had my nail's done in The Nail House twice now & both times they have been absolutely stunning. Customer service is amazing. Staff are friendly. Have great music playing. Stunning artists. Not expensive. Will not get my nails done anywhere else. Highly recomend.

    I had three different people do my manicure..it was like picadilly circus. The guy who did my nails at the end was rough and my cuticles look really raggy. He also decided to stop and leave me hanging while he had a long txt conversation. I had to tell him he was being rude. My fingers were bleeding when i left. Not a nice experience the management need to look at what is going on here.

    Will never go here again! Tried charging me Β£35 for French tip on acrylics even though it only says Β£23 in the board and then heard another regular come in after me and only charged her Β£23 for specifically the same thing I asked for. All nails were wonky and after asking him to correct them multiple times I just gave up, walked out extremely unsatisfied had to come home refile them all straight and repaint them, will not be back.

    Kind of disappointment as they pain nails nearly with dry end just use good amount of nail polish I don't like that I see through ends and not sure if colour will last till next visit I only been 3 days ago so could be better
