   Our family are patients at this dental practice. I had a routine check up which was booked for next week, but over the bank holiday weekend I suffered toothache which led to an access. I called into the practice this morning to see how they could help & they kindly looked at my problem , and after offering me the extraction of the tooth it was swiftly removed. I cannot thank them enough for their help. Lovely staff & dentist creating a calm surgery. Thank you very much

   For us who pay to see the dentist, we want to have a great experience and make good use of the money we pay . i was a bit disappointed . It felt rushed, the dentist’s explanation was abrupt and lacked details. I felt like i could not ask any questions. When i told her about one tooth feeling out of shape and cracked she did nothing about it.

   As an extremely anxious patient I'd put off going to the dentist for years, till pain forced me to go. Im so pleased I decided on this practice. Everyone is so friendly and it's such a relaxed atmosphere. The dentist I saw was Mandeep Virdee and he was great. I had a scale and polished, repair to chipped filling and an extraction. All was done so quickly, yet it wasn't rushed. Mandeep let me go at my pace and reassured me that I was doing well several times. Everything was explained before treatment started and at each stage there after. I actually felt safe because of how professional and competent Mandeep and the rest of the staff are. I can't recommend them enough especially if you are anxious. Just tell them how you feel and they will help you without making you feel silly.

   My dental appointment with Dr Mandy and her team was great, I only had a checkup and a small filling done but I was totally relaxed. This was my first visit to this practice but my dentist has always been Dr Mandy for 12 years now as she is the best. Dr Mandy is well known for dealing with nervous patients of which I was one 12 years ago, due to previous dentists treatment. Since then I have been a fan. I've had my second checkup now and all is well, a different nurse this time but equally professional treatment from the team. Thank you.
