During my regular dental appointment, I was informed that the management had abruptly ceased NHS dental services for adult patients with no meaningful notice. Not only was the service terminated, but my scheduled appointment time was partly repurposed for the hard-sell of their new private dental care plan. Given the current NHS crisis and lengthy waiting lists, this abrupt transition is highly irresponsible and leaves existing patients completely stranded.
Excellent, friendly and kind service from reception to seeing the dentist to leaving. I felt safe and well looked after. Everything was explained and as a very anxious patient this was recognised, reassurance and kindness helped enormously. This was my first visit and have already booked future appointments. Saw Anna and her assistant today for some fillings , I was numbed in three places which was hardly a scratch , and fillings done , absolutely pain free , please if you need any dental work , don't hesitate to make an appointment, such caring staff
I would give 1000x stars if I could. I attended on a last minute appointment yesterday, I was in absolute pain, didn't sleep or eat for the last 3 days. The dentist that attended me (Anupreet Kaur Gill) and the nurse were amazing, she did an x-ray, identified the problem and offer me a late appointment on the same day to extract a wisdom tooth, and I am literally reborn today. It was all super fast, the extraction was painless during and after!
Really happy with the service provided. I have just had a long appointed for dental treatment with Anna, I found her whole approach the perfect mix of professionalism and compassion, she communicated confidence in her knowledge and skills meaning I felt happy and relaxed in her care.
