   I recently had a Servies and MOT done at Bayside Garage in Cardiff, and I couldn't be happier. The entire process was handled in a professional manor and they always make you feel your a valued customer. The staff were not only knowledgeable, which made a big difference, It’s clear Customer service is a priority.    This is the first time I have used this garage and I must say how impressed I was with the way they serviced and carried out minor repairs to my transit van.    There are a number of things you want from a good garage - technical competence, integrity and the ability to communicate well. Bayside Garage have all three in spades. I’ve used them on several occasions and they’ve always satisfied. Recently they saved me literally hundreds of pounds by fixing a problem at source rather than just replacing an expensive factory part (which is what the dealer would have suggested). The team are helpful, honest and reliable. Highly recommended.

   Where do I start with this dreadful business. Went in for a routine MOT, which was done in a few hours before getting a call about midday to confirm that this has been done and asking to collect. Got back home and noticed the bonnet catch has been brute forced when going to check my screen washer fluid. Spoke to them the same day to ask about this fault and they said to drop it down again, they blamed this on myself when they were the last people to use this. The bonnet needs to be opened during an MOT so this could have only been them. Got a call to collect for the second time where they proceeded to charge me £250 to repair this without checking first, I pulled them up on why they didn’t inform me of the repair and their response was ‘you look like you have money so we didn’t check with you before we proceed’ I would suggest checking before they replace any parts as the price of the parts will be determined on how much money they think you have.

   Fantastic service. Had a problem with the power steering pump. Took my car in in the morning, they figured out what was wrong, ordered the parts, and fixed the car. It was ready by the afternoon. Reasonable price and great work. Very impressed and will return with any future problems and mot. Thanks guys!

   Fantastic service, really quick, competent and friendly. Had a bit of an emergency because my car broke down during a roadtrip. Was helped straight away, called in the morning and had the car back and working within a few hours. I was a bit worried because I had a European car, but it was no problem whatsoever. Also really good value for money, and the garage kept in contact throughout the day. Can only highly recommend.

   I've been using them since Andy and Jamie opened, I find them Very knowledgeable. When I describe a problem they generally have a good idea what it will be and are normally right. At my local garage if the fault doesn't occur while they drive it and there's nothing when they plug it in, they shrug their shoulders. Bayside have normally come across the problem before and know how to go about fixing it. Friendly and efficient.
