   I was highly recommend to Ascent Dental Care and am pleased to say they have come up to my expectations. From the moment I walked in I was impressed. The greeting from Ellie was wonderful. She immediately put me at ease and explained everything in great detail as to what was to happen. She also Joined in the consultation with Nayan Patel and his assistant, whereby we discussed the options I had. I was extremely grateful to Nayan as he thoroughly went through the options in great detail and recommended an extraction and bridge. He could have easily recommended very expensive implants which would have done the same job but when questioned why not he said in his opinion he thinks this would be better for me. He was very professional and you could see how enthusiastic he was about his job with a very caring side and a good sense of humour which always goes down well with me. He also said in order to avoid further work, of which I was already aware of, if I saw his colleague about my gum disease it could hopefully stop these further intrusive works being done. I was given a full plan of what was involved and the cost at every stage. I am having the first treatment tomorrow and through my experience so far I am pleased to say I am not at all nervous.

   I was not very satisfied with the treatment I received from dentist Yasmin. First of all, she told me that the whitening was free, but it was partially as I only received the whitening syringes, not the trays. I was told to use my night retainer to whiten my teeth and that’s the worst thing you can as it gives and uneven results and it smooches all over your gums.During my appointment, I also pointed out that part of my tooth wasn’t covered by the retainer and therefore wouldn’t be reached by the whitening gel. She simply said, “its fine ,” and didn’t offer a proper solution. Then, at my final Invisalign appointment, she didn’t take the impressions for the new night retainer. I had to wait, and by the time I returned, my teeth had already shifted slightly. I then had to wait even longer, and in the meantime I was wearing the same Invisalign aligners far beyond the recommended time, which reduces their effectiveness. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Went for another examination at another dentist’sand he said one tooth is still not aligned. I’m not in any way criticising Ascent Dental as I had no issues with both receptionist and hygienists

   I was recommended to Ascent & Dr. Nayan Patel by a friend, and I would confidently recommend them to others. My consultation was clear and informative, Nayan listened carefully to my goals while remaining professional and realistic throughout. I was highly impressed with the professionalism of all the staff—from the booking team to the excellent dental nurses. I am absolutely delighted with my results. Nayan’s work on my composite bonding has exceeded my expectations; my teeth look better than I could have imagined. Truly the best place to go for bonding. Thank you again!

   I have been seeing Nayan for a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. He recently did my composite veneers and the results are better than I ever imagined. The shape, colour and finish look so natural, and I finally feel confident with my smile. He explained everything clearly, was patient when I kept changing my mind and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.    Absolutely amazing dentists! I have extreme fear of the dentists due to issues at a previous practice and I can say today those fears have completely gone away. The care and treatment here is next level. I saw Katherine who is an amazing dentist and made me feel really at ease during a filling and cleaning. I’ll no longer be scared to come back for any treatments I may need in the future and I just want to thank everyone for their amazing treatment and kindness!

   From the moment i entered, i was met by the lovely receptionist and staff. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They addressed all the questions and concerns i had and were able to give me recommendations. They were completely transparent and clear about what the treatment may entail. Definately the best dentist I have ever been too! Very excited for the plan they have made for me. 10/10 :)

   This has been a very positive experience. I didn’t have an appreciation of what can be done with orthodontics these days so the result has been very impressive . I was very careful in choosing who to go to and I am very happy my research paid off. Gursh is very highly skilled, friendly and explains things clearly , as are the rest of the team there.    I honestly think this dentist is amazing everybody is so friendly and they are quick to get your treatment sorted after your initial consultation. I had braces fitted upper and lower and they were done so quickly they obviously know what they're doing!! I love my braces and I'm so glad I went with ascent. I just wish I had done it years ago! My husband is having treatment also. Thanks guys!! Keep up the good work!!
