   Really good informative help from the boys and girls in the brick shop, 1st delivery called and asked where to drop, 2nd delivery even better and dropped sandbag, stacked nearly empty bag on top and took away an empty crate/pallet with no disruption, so from the shop to delivery guys I'd highly recommend this supplier.

   I called yesterday to ask if I could order a door which they happen to have in stock. The guy said he would get back to me to see and if they had any to sell. No call back. Rang back again and got another guy and explained the situation only to be huffed and puffed at the end of the call like I was a bother. Told someone would call me back and I wasn't happy with that answer because they don't call back when they say they do, so asked to speak to a manger to be fobbed back to the guy I spoke to originally. He said he would call me back today and told me that I can't purchase the item in stock as its for another customer but will get back to me to see if any in stock elsewhere. To my surprise he did call back but wasn't the answer I wanted! A suggestion if you are going to put someone on customer service then at least be someone who wants to help the customer instead of making the customer feel like they are a bother! Extremely disappointed
