   Just an all round poor experience. Put my classic SL Mercedes in that was not starting due to an immobiliser issue. After 4 weeks of no communication, I received a call on Friday afternoon to ask to come and pick up the car as “we have tried everything you can think of” and to pick it up urgently as there’s no space in the car park. When I asked what they have tried, I was given the response that they are the experts and they’d tried everything. I was concerned when local garages wouldn’t recommend these guys but now I can see why. These guys pretty much don’t care any more and seem to be cherry picking the jobs they want to do.

   Steve & the Boys have been fantastic, extremely helpful in sorting out my airbag fault & they really went the extra mile, best electrical mechanics in Cardiff. Book in advance they are fully booked for weeks which shows how good they are! I would definitely recommend & go back I wanted to edit this as I did go back a couple years later with an electrical fault (same car) my mechanic couldn’t figure it out. We changed the battery about five times and it was just draining constantly. You would take it for a long drive and suddenly the next day you have no power so Steve God bless this guy spent weeks trying to find what was draining the battery and he did in the end. It turned out to be the original Honda Bluetooth system was faulty so he disconnected it and I have not had a problem since this man is an absolute gem

   Took my Z4 here for the airbag light after having a BMW “Specialist” misdiagnose it & would’ve massively overcharged for the work. Had the car in & work done so much quicker than the “specialist” at a fraction of the cost. The guys were nice & decent too
