I have been coming to essential cuts ever since Deb first opened. I find Deb to be very professional and courteous yet friendly and welcoming at the same time. Drinks are always offered before Deb starts the cut. There have been times when I have forgotten an appointment and Deb has always taken it in her stride and accommodated my forgetfulness by getting me another appointment at very short notice.
