   Rim motors is one of those garages that are situated just off the beaten track. The boss is not too afraid to get his hands dirty and work as hard as his staff. He has a few youngsters there learning the ropes. Plenty of experience though to help them. Huge place plenty of bays and I was totally impressed with the level of service I got. Reception friendly but close the door if you want to keep it that way in this cold snap. Prices keen. Greggs around the corner. Will be visiting this place again and possibly forgetting places that do not match up to it. Recently visited again nothing has changed. I like places like this that does the job and does it well.

   I have complete trust in Rims garage. The mechanics are friendly and the office staff are so helpful and efficient. The owner is straight forward and fair. He will tell you honestly what needs doing and how much so no nasty surprises. I have been a customer for over ten years and I couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you!

   This is the number one garage in the Vale. They do all types of work on all types of vehicles. Mark and his team now fit tyres as well as MOT, servicing and all mechanical repairs. They are super busy so really need to book in advance to make sure you get your vehicle done as quickly as possible. They have a waiting room and a great service desk to help you with your needs.

   I booked my car into RIM motors, when I dropped it off the receptionist said she would have an update by the end of the day after a diagnostic. An hour later I receive a call and the obnoxious receptionist says “we don’t have the tools to fix it; well I don’t know what you want me to do about it!”, I thought it might of been obvious I wanted my car to be fixed?? then she says I need to collect my car immediately. Extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist. It went to another garage and the repair has been completed with no hassle Avoid this garage, I would not recommend.
