   Bought a car from this company in June 2025. Paid for the car in full via bank transfer. Only to find they sold me the car with outstanding finance on it. I have chased them and called them so many times. They promised they would settle the finance from the previous owner and still have not. They now ignore my calls. Avoid at all costs i have gone to trade and standards.

   We are really impressed by the professionalism and continued excellent communication with New Broad Street Motors. The car we bought was really well prepared and in excellent condition. When we went to view, there was no hard sell (which we deplore) just friendly staff and good advice. Niall , our sales assistant, kept us fully informed during the sales to pick up process. The other assistant also gave us impartial important advice on GAP insurance. We would definitely recommend this car sales dealer. 5 star.

   Can’t fault this garage at all. Honest and reliable. Didn’t need any work done despite tyres dealership saying I needed new brakes discs and pads! Kane was efficient & polite and very honest. Wasn’t charged a penny despite having my car all morning. Really trustworthy and reputable.

   My Renault broke down on the motorway with a failed diesel injector, was relayed to the garage for 12o'clock, repair was completed by 1o'clock the next day and it was cleaned! Also gave me a loan car in the meantime. Outstanding service, thanks guys :-)
