   We received a brilliant service from Raquel and her team at AMD Solicitors. As a young, unmarried couple we had never written Wills before so we didn't know what to expect at first. However, we didn't need to worry as Raquel guided us through the whole process in a friendly and professional manner - she explained different scenarios to us to ensure the Wills reflected exactly what we wanted and our future plans. We felt comfortable to ask questions about the Wills, and make changes, even if they were minor which put us at complete ease. We met Raquel in person, spoke on the phone and e-mailed her and she was very accommodating with all methods of contact. A 10/10 service and we have already recommended her services to our friends and family.

She was very quick to respond to all emails & I rarely had to chase her up for anything - which I heard from friends is super rare. She would also keep me updated and in the loop with regards to the buyer’s solicitor/ flat management. The whole process was so smooth despite me being located in Tokyo abroad!    Well, it’s been a few weeks now since we conclude the separate purchase and sale for my father’s move to a St Monica Trust property. Amanda and Laura at AMD were quite superb; Amanda led the process expertly with knowledge of the unique SMT processes but Laura was there to support any time Amanda wasn’t available. It all worked seamlessly and they took any potential stress out of the situation. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and gave reassurance just at moments that might cause panic! We were thrilled with our choice for conveyancing. Also a special mention for Jo who was our first point of contact and identified how AMD could help when I first enquired. What a great team.    I had the most amazing help from one of the solicitors here, Nick Howell, while dealing with my service user's case. My team and I tried dealing with it on our own at first, but it was so confusing, getting increasingly difficult and way too much workload (we're not trained for this). We had to turn to getting help from a solicitor and we were given the wonderful Nick Howell. We handed him everything we had in this overflowing folder of details and evidence and explained what was going on. He was happy to take it over and completely took the weight off our shoulders. He was no nice, understanding and patient as this case went on for months on end. He did such a great job and the case even ended in our favour. I can not recommend them enough.
