Lovely friendly people, just had to pull up on a busy main road to let my husband out. Could have parked there but would have had traffic mayhem.
Jonathan was amazing. No need to chase etc like you sometime need to with some solicitors he just got on and sent regular updates of the buying process, we always knew where we were and he made everything as clear as possible. We had quite a stressful move and the buyers conveyancer was useless and Jonathan went above and beyond to help us as did his lovely receptionist Sarah. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if needed!
This is in response to Cassie Widlinski’s review. Again one star only in order to review. I was the client and I did follow your complaints procedure. Nobody was interested with my issue and the complaint was brushed aside. My main request was to start divorce proceedings against my then wife. My request was ignored and the letter was never sent, this resulted in my ex wife starting divorce proceedings against me. This is in turn resulted in her having control of the situation and me having to accept her proceedings and agreeing to accept her documenting “my unreasonable behaviour for the end of the marriage” despite the fact it was my wife’s unreasonable behaviour. I had to go to another solicitor to pick up the mess that had been caused by this company. Further more after disputing the charges I had incurred for the awful service I received and my refusal to pay the charges I was then threatened with a court summons. I then had to pay the amount that was disputed to prevent this from happening. I am truly disgusted by this firms service and regret the day I ever looked for guidance from them.
To many basic errors, that you would not expect from a solicitors. If you decide to use them, make sure to double check everything.
