   Was booked in for eyelash extension refill, was waiting around for about 35 mins before being the told the beautician has called to say won't be attending work due a sudden emergency, Manger tried her best to reschedule but couldnt as didnt know when the beautician will be back work due the emergency. Owner was contacted not much joy there either no onus was taken by her, if I was to cancel on the salon a late charge would apply but the owner couldn't even offer a gesture of good will. Wouldn't recommend this salon at all as they are closing down and owner really doesn't care. I've used this salon for a long time and spent a lot of money there what a shame loyal customers are not valued.

   I have been coming to Trendy Locks for years, and have been to have my hair done in both salons, and met all of the staff which are always super lovely! I started off having just extensions and over time I have been going for more and more things! The salons are always really clean and a nice environment to be in. I always get my hair done with the owner, Tish, who is amazing and so are the ladies who jump in and help with my hair washing or extensions etc. I have had beauty treatments too, including nails and eyebrows by Liv and I always leave feeling amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair and beauty as I am quite particular and they always achieve the highest standards. They go above and beyond.

   I was so excited when a new salon was opening up on the Fairfield Estate & I couldn’t have asked for any better! The girls at the salon are so friendly and that stems from the top. The manager is lovely and friendly and has built a brilliant team! Always go here for my hair & wouldn’t change now! :)
