   My dentist Adriana mendes has been absolutely fantastic I hadn't been yo the dentist for a very long time as I didn't have a good experience . I had to make an appointment just over a year ago now and adriana was the dentist I seen my anxiety was through the roof and she talked ne through everything that was happening and made me feel comfortable . After a few appointments I became comfortable and my confidence grew and this was all down to adriana making me feel like this . She is an asset to the my dentist team and she goes above and beyond in everything she has done for me . I hope that when the practice moves I will still have adriana as my dentist because I feel comfortable with her and also the assistant she has is amazing as well they make a great team together and that's what I need and she worked so hard with me and brought my confidence to the point I can attend appointments without being anxious. Sorry forgot to put the assistant name Madonna

   Adrianna + Madonna are angels, so good with my kids when I take all three (the two year old is particularly challenging and they're so patient and kind) they're also very patient with me and I'm very nervous. I couldn't go to anyone else now. Thank you both for always being so lovely!

   Adriana and her colleague was friendly, comforting and made sure I couldn't feel my fillings being done. Normally I can still feel the drilling even after having the novacaine. This time I did not. Adriana also commented on my nails and wished me a lovely Xmas. Happy with this visit

   If you can say you love a dentist then this is the one i love! They are friendly, efficient and helpful. I always get an appointment quickly and they can accommodate around my working schedule. Adriana especially is fantastic, I drive 45 minutes each way because I don’t trust anyone else. She understands how nervous I get and always makes me feel at ease. It would be easy to move locally but I wouldn’t want to risk losing the great service!

   Fantastic practice! Staff are friendly and the female dentist goes above and beyond to listen to issues and help to the best of her ability. Myself, my husband and my 3 children are registered here and we have always received the best care possible. It would take for us to move out of the area to leave this practice...If we could take our dentist with us, we would lol.

   I visited the practice today for my wife appointment at 4:15 pm today. We were 9 mins late due to the heavy traffic. We were told that we couldn’t be entertained as we were late. On repeated request to speak to the doctor and see us, the two ladies working there were very rude. We were outside the clinic and said would like to request the doctor and wait for him outside, we were threatened by one of the nurses that she was going to call the police. Police ? For what ? Is this the way we are treating our patients. Never experienced this arrogance before. We were really scared and moved away. I work with nhs and had taken time off for this appointment since my wife can’t drive. We always try to see the patients even if they are late thinking about the cause of delay like finding a parking space etc. but this was scary encounter, being threatened of police for no reason. I am very much aware of zero tolerance policy in nhs. But these two ladies were rude not ready to listen to anything I said. I just can’t visit this place again due to the unfriendly environment that was created.

   I had an appointment for 2pm and left my house at 13:10 so I had more than enough time to get to my appointment with catching 2 buses and all to get there. There was a lot of traffic so I started to panic and thought I better ring so I rang to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late due to traffic and their phone was off for some reason? The automated message said they're closed between 1 and 2 which I'm guessing is probably for lunch but I never knew that would be the case ever as I've never called during that time so when I arrived I explained that I tried to contact them and the girl said she'd go check then came back and said I have to rearrange??? I don't understand how traffic is my fault I didn't tell everyone to go drive on the road today I would have thought they'd be a bit more understanding and at least question why I was late but no they couldn't care less and just said no

   First of I hope many visits. Extractions taken out quickly, easily with very little pain by the female dentist. Then new plate fitted which looked good and more importantly felt comfortable as soon as they were in.
