My appointment was to help research into diabetes, everything was explained very well and the tests were done with care. Very good service
I went as part of the research into the link between the diabetes and dental care. The staff were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. They sorted out the questionnaire for me , which I had difficulty completing before on line. They explained everything to me and I was very impressed with them.
I brought my daughter in for her routine check up, the service and kindness was so lovely. Marvin and Josie was so great with her, made her feel at ease and she was not afraid to get on the chair to show him her teeth. Maria on reception was so lovely towards my daughter, interacting with her and making her feel at ease. :D
I have been going to the dentist now for fourty Years Doctor Marvin was incredible. I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever and I know you had a hard time pulling out the big tooth at the back. Jennifer, his assistant was patient calming and she made me feel very relaxed. Kath was excellent as well she could see how nervous I was but she was very patient. Dr Marvin was inc edible got my tooth out and I felt no pain at any point whatsoever it was an incredible experience I cannot thank them enough for the experience If you have any fear of the Dentist in any way whatsoever, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Over my lifetime I have experienced many Dentist but never like this practice everyone of them were incredible and I really really cannot speak highly enough of them. If you don’t like, or you’re scared of the dentist these professionals are the people for you
Absolutely amazing service Angelo is the best dentist we will ever had. I trust him 1000% he the one you want he so understanding and VERY kind and amazing to get along with have a laugh with. Also his assistant jenny is loving kind lady helps you relax❤️. Lovely Reception people we had every explainable and understanding
Having been a patient here from just before covid I've noticed alot of changes things at the practice, some with appointments being mixed up or cancelled but that's completely understandable. I've always found the staff to be nothing but polite and understanding along with accommodating and caring. A few months back I had an appointment to remove a tooth but it lasted much long than expected which left me feeling very faint to the point I almost passed out.the staff and management were quick to aid me and look after me,making sure I was completely fine before leaving the practice. They litterally couldn't have gone more out of their way if they tried...to me that was very very reassuring because in that moment I felt really poorly and quite scared as to what was happening to me. They checked my vitals and sat with me the whole time, constantly asking what they could do for me. Equally the praise I have for the dentists and their nurses must be mentioned too. I've never been more at ease or relaxed at any other practice, they are more than above patient with me and always discus any options in complete depth. I've never left there not fully understanding what my treatment is or the steps going forward.they always treat me like a person and not just another name on an appointment list. They remember anything I struggle with like having xrays or my anxiety and are more than accommodating with looking after me. I cannot praise how I've been looked after enough which is fantastic because my children are also registered here and as a parent, to know they'll also have a good experience is very comforting to me. Ontop of this the practice is very very clean and tidy and their adherence to hygiene must be commended. Especially in todays climate..I came from a practice that was dirty, rude and left you dreading any appointment so this place to me is a godsend
I have to share my experience at bupa dental care at Pentwyn yesterday.To say I was nervous is an understatement but Devin is the most understanding dentist I have ever met...and I've met quite a few given I'm 65! He was so patient and understanding and took time to explain procedures to me and calmed my nerves completely. Thank you!
Just finished my composite veneers with Dev and to say I’m more than happy is an understatement! He’s done an amazing job. Being able to smile with full confidence feels amazing. The whole staff at Bupa Pentwyn are very welcoming and polite and the dental practice is kept extremely clean. I couldn’t recommend this place and dev anymore if I tried!
I did extensive research on composite bonding and by chance came across Devin through a recommendation. I was surprised at how reasonable his prices of work are compared to the other practices. Devin was very professional, friendly, welcoming and explained everything very well. He even showed me pictures of what he can do, which really sold it for me. He is knowledgeable with his work, meticulous and was able to put my mind at ease with any questions I had. Throughout the process I liked how he always explained what he was going to do before he actioned, he is thorough and nothing is too much trouble for him. Needless to say. I am very pleased with the result of my new smile and whitening and would recommend him highly for cosmetic dentistry. The practice in general are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you Devin and team for all your hard work.
