    I have had no duty of are at all. I have left several voice messages and calls. I have a partial denture for years that never ever fitted correctly. the dentist is fully aware as I have spoken and showed my concern. now the denture has chipped my tooth and has a sharp edge that is uncomfortable . again never a reply. I have been neglected for years. ruined my mental health. I wish I could go back in time. I am thinking of looking into legal advice for neglect.

    Terrible practise. Waited over 6 months for my daughter to be seen for a scheduled appointment only for them to cancel 5 days before via telephone and to be told that they have transferred her as a patient to another surgery due to the surgery not having enough space for her without prior consultation. They then had the audacity to recommend staying with the surgery as a private patient. All this surgery cares about is money and not the well being of its patients. Disgraceful.

    I went to Hill Crest Dental Practice several months ago due to pain in one of my back teeth. The doctor ended up putting a filling in another tooth that already had a filling. This was the worst filling i have ever had. I no longer can eat from my right side of my mouth because that side is too sensitive due to the new filling. I called the Practice several times to complain and they kept telling me to wait that the sensitivity will go away. So I waited a few weeks. I called again to let them know that the sensitivity was getting worse, they gave me some medicated toothpaste and told meto use that for a few weeks and the sensitivity will go away, I did as instructed but the sensitivity did not go away. I called them a few more times and they kept dismissing my problem. it has now been almost a year and they have not yet given me an appointment to fix my issue! Not sure If I can trust this Practice. Their service is apalling!

    Henry whom is a new edition to the practice. A breath of fresh air. Excellent manner and puts you at ease. Involving you with the treatment all the way by explanations. All practices are under pressure from the pandemic . With Hillcrest doing their uptmost in these challenging times. Along with the friendly reception team .

    Would have rated a 5 a few years back but awful service now. Impossible to get seen. Been waiting on the emergency appointment list for 7 weeks. Receptionists are very blunt. Treatment in the last 18 months has not been as good as with previous dentists who have all left the business.
