My first time using this garage and I’d definitely recommend them, they don’t do any work that’s not necessary, they give recommendations as to when it should be done. No over selling. Competitive pricing. I will be bringing my car back here for future repairs

Excellent trustworthy service and fair price. I was nervous going to a new garage this month as I've had bad experiences but I was so impressed and grateful for the service and workmanship. I had an MOT and full service on two separate days, they squeezed me in and ensured I wasn't without a car for too long. They quickly communicated any changes in price, so I knew where I stood and were honest in letting me know one potential new part wasn't needed after all. Worth saying too that every person in that garage is so friendly, cheerful, and polite which really added a cherry on top of my experience. Will be using this garage again going forward. Thank you.
Took my car to Caerphilly MOT Centre and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. The whole process was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I am writing this review because I am really grateful for the support I have received from MOT Centre. I had three separate issues with my car and when turned to them I have received most professional response. They do stay in touch with you, try to arrange suitable time, once they saved my family holiday by fixing the car just in time, despite problems with ordering parts they truly did their best. MOT Centre is pretty good at quotes, and honest if they predict some unexpected extras. Going to stick with them.

Not a great experience, took my car for MOT and am still having issues. It failed, so they had to replace bits and bobs. They forgot to fit the headlights back, so when I was on a long journey and the headlights didn’t turn on, it wasn’t great and dangerous. My aircon heating adjustment is very stiff still and takes a good amount of effort to change the setting. They forgot to put the tire trim back on, so had to go back down and it was all scratched. He put it on terribly and I was unable to pump up my tire in this cold weather, so took it off and it broke of course, so brought a new trim and put it on. It’s a shame as they have good reviews, so was surprised to have such a bad experience.

Went in for MOT today, they were really accomodating as last minute booking. The whole thing was really easy, fairly priced and the staff were efficient and friendly.
Mot done, failed, ordered parts and completed by next day. Car now drives like new, polite and knowledgable staff that does not make you feel like an idiot for not knowing about cars. No complaints four year having mot here.
