   Lovey little local shop! The owners and the staff are always very welcoming, polite and accommodating. They are always fully stocked, and introducing new products. I often take my parcels here which is so convenient, as they offer different services. I even remember last Christmas my husband went round to see if they had any pastry, and the owner even went and checked his own fridge to see if he had any spare.

   I was in the shop today and the gentleman who was running the shop was extremely helpful and polite to a lady who was using a rollater.He apologised to us who were waiting to be served ,but it didn't matter because he was helping this disabled lady.

   Hi Just had a bad experience when in you shop. I am disabled. I’ve had a stroke. When putting my stroke card up it says I’ve got difficult communicating so they’re expecting me to use the Evri machine which I cannot do in the end, they did help me only after I announced it to the whole shop that I’ve had a stroke it’s not acceptable I think the stuff should have disability training to avoid any future disappointment, that being said it put me off using your shop because they don’t understand

   I use this shop as an Evri drop off point for my small business, it seems to be under new management and has friendly and helpful staff. Store is going through a refit and now has a better layout. Ignore negative reviews as they are from previous owners. Was in earlier today and had no issues at all dropping off a couple of parcels.

   Good prices but 1 time i was in there with my friend and he was doing his laces and put his foot on something he looked up accidentally at a camera and they said 'we can see you looking at the cameras' then when we left we was getting told by ppl they was calling the police on us i dont know how true this was but they wasnt the kindest this time

   Very rude, masoginistic, arrogant and extremely unhelpful individuals. This is supposed to be a Hermes drop off point and they refused my parcel saying it was too big and I had to go away to another drop off, not as politely as that though. The parcel was heavy and as I struggled to take my parcel away, which weighed 10kg, the 2 men in the shop were smirking and laughing at me as I had to put the parcel down, keep open the self closing door whilst trying to pick the parcel back up again. 1 star is far too many. However, I had to give at least 1 star in order to write my review.
