   I had my braces removed today and wanted to say a huge thank you to Beth and Hayley for their help in perfecting my smile over the past 13 months. From the moment I walked into the centre I was greeted by a professional, dedicated and compassionate team who made me feel at ease from day 1 and throughout my treatment. Beth gave expert advice from a wealth of experience of what options were available to me whilst considering my preferences. Hayley shows total professionalism and compassion whilst carrying out the treatment and Beth perfected my teeth with huge enthusiasm at the end which she genuinely loves to do. My daughter also has braces and the experience has been exactly the same for her. I would highly recommend the team to anyone thinking of having braces. Martin.

   The team are amazing! My son has been going for a year and a half and Nicola who we mostly see, is great with him. From the start, she has been friendly, funny, calming and professional. The whole team are great at what they do. Would recommend anyone to go here.

   The service was fantastic. From the first time I nervously walked through the door, not knowing what to expect, I was greeted with warmth and a smile and very quickly felt comfortable. I met Hayley who was with me for my 2 year+ journey, and she was incredible. Such a friendly and supportive person. Emma S and Ellie were also very welcoming and put me at ease. I had an excellent experience with The Orthodontic Centre and my teeth are looking incredible. Huge thank you to all those involved. Now for those retainers...

   We been to the orthodontist today and what a pleasant and quick service we had. Our appointment was 1.30pm we booked in and almost instantly got called through where we was greeted by Bethan the orthodontist and Sarah the nurse they was very very helpful told us everything we needed to know and constantly reassured us with each step. Would highly recommend.

   i’ve just recently had my braces off and i just wanted to say a massive thankyou too all the people who work here as they are all a massive help in my journey! Hayley and Beth have absolutely perfected my teeth and made my journey so enjoyable! i suffer a lot with things / food touching my front teeth so was super nervous going into this as i knew it would be a lot of touching of my front teeth but Hayley made me feel so comfortable and at ease that all was okay and was very reinsuring, if i could give 10million stars i would. 110% would recommend x

   Saw a lovely Orthodontist therapist yesterday called Nicola. She was very friendly and professional and sorted out the pointy bit on my lower retainer which over the last few days was making it uncomfortable for me to eat and talk.Thank you for fitting me in.. Reception staff also very polite and efficient unlike a few years ago when l used to dread calling up as was always made to feel a nuisance even if l only called every 3 to 4 years about my retainer. Thanks again for the great service yesterday.

   NHS patient? Be prepared to be treated as a 2nd class patient. Came here a few years ago for a fairly complicated treatment involving two years of braces. One orthodontist was an absolute gem, and made coming lovely. But as other reviewers say, the place is let down by the attitude of others. The layout of the practice is like a cattle show, with several chairs being used in the same room. Head/lead orthodontist would come over and look at things occasionally with no introduction. Just mouth open. I understand they are busy, but if someone is putting their hand inside your mouth, an introduction wouldn't go amiss. However the over-riding memory I have of this place is the snootiness of NHS vs Private patients. NHS slots were at awkward times during the day, but Private slots were available far sooner, and at times more considerate of school hours. When booking an appointment the first thing asked was NHS or Private. It's clear that they take NHS work to keep busy, but what they really want and push for, is the private work.

   Appointment booked AFTER the covid lockdown. Appointment confirmed two weeks ago by us by phone. Appointment confirmed BY THE CENTRE by text two days ago. Turned up today for appointment - told it's been cancelled TODAY 'due to covid backlog' and they'll be in touch next year. ...didn't you know about your 'covid backlog' when you booked the appointment? ...didn't you know about your 'covid backlog' when you confirmed the appointment? Call me cynical, but if this wasn't an NHS funded orthodontic treatment but a cash paid private treatment would it have been cancelled like this?

   Poor customer service, unfortunately front of house staff and senior members of the centre have been rude and abrupt. Parking situation is very difficult as staff take all spaces leaving nothing for clients, alternatively we are told to walk to the services and park there. The dentists are professional and helpful, just let down by certain members of the team.

   Really friendly, polite and professional staff. The building is very clean and modern, been here twice and managed to get a parking space both times with no bother. Spaces marked with 'patients' are for the practice, be wary using other spaces as you could be fined.
