   I had a very uncomfortable experience at this store due to an employee’s behavior. I was not blocking the way and was simply trying to grab some snacks. The employee loudly said “excuse me” very close to my ear. I immediately said “sorry,” (TWICEEE) but she then responded by saying, “I wasn’t talking to you,” in a harsh and rude tone. The girl who was with me is a very local and regular customer at this store, which made this experience even more disappointing. We were visiting different stores as part of a review challenge, and this interaction completely ruined the experience. We will not be returning. Employees should be taught basic manners and civic behavior first, customer service comes after that. For reference, the employee was tall and had noticeable hair around her ear coming down toward her chin. Is this how you treat your customers? Is this the standard of behavior you expect from your staff? Ridiculous!!!!!!

   Just a quick dash to buy a bottle of wine but they don't stock alcohol. Having said that, it appeared that they had plenty of choice of everything else.

   Just went to this store. After shopping here multiple years. The lady at the till with a face full of makeup. Just gave me aggressive and unnecessary attitude for no apparent reason. Not the customer service I was expecting. Completely wrong and not needed. Defo lost a customer. Back to pakeezah it is.

   Customer service simply doesn’t exist at this place. The way the staff behave, it feels like you’re asking for free stuff or begging for something — not paying for your shopping. There’s zero friendliness, no eye contact, no basic manners. Just cold, dismissive attitudes like they’re doing you a favor. It’s honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If they don’t want to deal with people, they shouldn’t be working in retail.

   Great Value for Money. Since I'm from Bradford, there has never been shortage of Asian Supermarkets, Pakeezah, Al-Halal, Watan, and list goes on. Manchester Super Store came on scene not very long ago but they already hold a special when it comes to everyday Asian Grocery Shopping. Slightly Cheaper then Alot of other cash and carries, A Massive Car Park not very well planned but still good and the best part is the staff, my dad usually goes here on his own and he always tells about how good the staff has been with him everytime he was on his own, they've always been there to help, other cash and carries I've noticed have kind of ignorant staff and they usually are under staffed Aswell. Manchester Super Store Keep It Up This Way. Visited again today and can easily say that best place for day to day shopping for home.

   Guys if you miss your home countries in the 3rd world then this is the right place to go. You will find rotten fruits and vegetables with filth scattered all around the shelves. Sooner you enter the meat place the stinking smell would welcome you with some srude staffs.Since Ramadan is at the corner all substandard stuff will be displayed with the wrong prices tags. Always telly your receipts with the prices from shelves. Most of the times you would be charged more than the prices marked on the shelves.

   Great cash n carry if your out to shop for groceries and fresh poultry. With so many international brands to choose from, alongside local produce at decent prices. With ample parking space I would highly recommend this place.

   BE AWARE people!! I bought meat (whole lamb) from this disgusting place first of all it wasn’t lamb they sold me an old out of date sheep for the price of lamb we cooked a small portion from it and it stunk and it tasted horrible it wasn’t eatable. I made a complaint they asked to return the meat with the receipt and they will sort this out which they never did the complaint handling process was terrible i had to chase it every day, so they took the item back (probably sold it to someone else) but didn’t give me a refund or exchange. I’m absolutely disgusted i will be spreading the word and i have also told my family and friends not to buy from this terrible place!

   Be aware the prices on the shelf edge labels differ from what is charged at the tills. I was overcharged and informed the female staff member who then decided to argue with me. I took her to the product and showed her the price label. Store does not even deserve one star. Fruit quality is well low probably class 5. Prices are extortionate . The meat is not fresh at all. I bought some lamb and it started to smell awful. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

   Staff 0 respect for customers. I was at the vegetable corner with my 6 months old baby . When I was taking vegetables he said I want to put my vegetables first side that was very rude and then again so I have to be so fast with baby because he has to put vegetables I thinking not to come this store again
