   I honestly can’t thank Beth enough! She was so calm even with 10 bridesmaids to style and somehow kept everything running smoothly, even ahead of schedule. She went above and beyond, re-doing my maid of honour’s hair after a busy morning with a toddler and every single one of my bridesmaids absolutely loved their hairstyles. My own hair was everything I dreamed of and it stayed perfect all day and night, even after hours of dancing! She brought such a thoughtful, calming energy to the morning and was truly the kindest soul. I’m so, so grateful, she exceeded every expectation. If you need a wedding hairdresser Beth is your woman! And Lillie! Thank you so much for helping me maintain the hair colour of my dreams - I had so many compliments. And for your help on the day - you and Beth make the dream team, both so cool calm and collected!

   I asked for a senior stylist for my 10 year old daughter and was given Hannah. She told me to wait 15 minutes after appt time, and then called us over. She gave me attitude throughout the entire appt and snarky comments for asking her any question regarding hair (I’m not a hairdresser). After she had washed my daughter’s hair and continued to give me attitude, I asked if she was comfortable cutting my daughter’s hair, as I was ready to walk straight back out. Hannah looked flustered with that comment so I allowed her to continue with the job, but she refused to respond to any questions or comments throughout the entire haircut. It was very uncomfortable for me and my daughter to undergo the entire haircut in silence. She then had the audacity to ask for £50 for a below average standard child’s haircut. I didn’t want to waste more time arguing about how it wasn’t even worth £15 let alone £50 so I paid up. It was most definitely not to ‘senior stylist’ standard and labelling her as such on the website is highly misleading. She made a complete mess of my daughter’s hair; too thin at the bottom and had taken a lot more length off than what we had asked for. We will not be back - and I advise others to go to more welcoming hair salons.

   Have been having my hair done at House of Hair for years now and Beth has always gone above and beyond to the provide the best service. I was in on Saturday and had a full head of foils, toner, cut and blow dry and as always was so pleased. The salon is beautiful and all the staff and other stylists are so attentive and welcoming. Wouldn’t trust anyone or anywhere else to get my hair done.

   The best salon in Coventry! I have been going to Beth for years and every single time my hair has been amazing. Always giving the best advice on colours, products and styles. My colour, cut and blow dry is always without a doubt incredible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the House of Hair team are brilliant - always warm and welcoming whenever I am in the salon. Nothing is ever too much for these girls - they are all simply the best!

   I’ve always loved coming here to get my hair done. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I’m always happy with my colour and the way Hannah cuts my hair. She’s very thorough, always checking everything over at the end and making sure I’m happy. With over 10 years’ experience as a senior stylist, I completely trust her advice and judgment and with the number of returning customers, I’m not the only one. Hannah is warm, friendly, and compassionate, which makes every visit a lovely experience. I really value the stylist / client relationship, I think that’s so important. Of course, sometimes Hannah runs over slightly with previous appointments, but I actually see that as a positive. It shows how much care Hannah gives to each client. While waiting, I’m always offered a coffee, and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hannah and the salon. The high number of happy, loyal customers speaks for itself.
