   You need to ask for receipts every time cause they charge you extra if you don’t check your balance on your card every time and only find out a few days after than they won’t refund you

   The rudest staff work here, always extremely rude when I have been for a parcel, they need to go on a people skills course with manners because they clearly don't have any!

   Absolutely disgusting customer service. Queued like other customers she put one parcel through then told me to wait whilst she served other customers and when I asked why when I had already queued. Started getting clever when she eventually got to me slamming the parcel down that I was sending back and mouthing at me. Avoid like the plague. Ignorant and arrogant.
