Staff stopped me at the till buying more than 8x Lard piece's. When I questioned where it says that eight is the limit, cashier called the manager. Ginger squirrel went flying by windows. Manager started saying if I continue question the limit he set this morning, they will not serve me at all and ask me to leave. I simply needed enough Lard piece's for my deep fryer I got for Christmas from wife. No proof given of store limits set, no official limits on internet, just his best bet what he would like customers to do in the store he thinks he runs. No respect to customers from this manager, they did not ask me question what I need this for, simply assume I am doing something inappropriate. I have big family to feed and nuts like this will not stop genuine customers from buying products they need. Merry Christmas to you too.

Staff are useless and the one on till no.5 around 1pm is rude and disrespectful. If we’re only allowed a limited number of items, why not put a sign up?? Waste of my time

Disgusting customer service the remarks from the workers felt racially motivated towards my family. Cheerful towards white people but rude towards Asians why?

It's good has most essentials. Prices are good can complain. Only thing tht I don't like is the baskets full of things in middle. To much time is wasted for quick shopping to go through them. Would be nice if they wer more shelved so we could browse them. I never look in them baskets.!!!

Im giving Aldi 1 star because (they must have a say in this along with the other retail units there!!) The car park is horrendous. Cars go up and down the wrong way so getting out of the car park took 25mins. And that's at dinner time on a Friday in October. There is only one lane for traffic to use when you are exiting the car park onto the main road whether you are turning left or right and the main road is so busy that if the car infront is turning right you have to wait for a break in the traffic both ways before they can exit, which in bradford is rare. There is room next to the flying squirrel to create another exit lane for cars turning left or maybe traffic lights like Morrisons or Asda.

Good shop with good stock and friendly staff. Parking is poor though with hardly any child and parent parking spaces. And the one-way system is stupid.

This store is really good! The shelves are nearly always stocked, the staff is extremely hard working. Even if you ask them a question whilst they are stocking up they go above & beyond for you. I was in there yesterday looking for a protein yoghurt flavour and asked a young male member of staff for help whilst he was busy replenishing stock. He had no issues removing every tray to help me find my flavour. He did this in less than 2 minutes & I was so astonished at how fast yet polite He was. It's always busy here on a Saturday but queues are always managed really well. THANK YOU ALDI CLAYTON STAFF.
