Poor customer service no gloves or tissue in any of the locations & the cashier just couldn’t care less. Wasted my time looking G around for the gloves or tissues nothing plus the four court was dirty & the pumps were not cleaned.

Massive queues at self scans, they either close them off or they are never working. Staff too busy talking than actually helping anyone at self scan too and this is a regular occurrence. If it wasn’t walking distance for many of their customers it should have been closed a long time ago.

Visited the store today. 6.45pm on a Tuesday evening and only 1 checkout open, endless que for the self service. Then the 'gentleman' working the only open checkout asked me to move over to self service as he was closing at 7pm, I told him I would wait for the store manager as another customer had already requested to speak to a manager. He told me I could wait somewhere else. So rude and miserable. Imagine working in customer service yet have no clue about customer service. Shop at the Asda around the corner. Far better service. I did speak to the store manager and expressed my distaste. Not all staff are rude though, have had some positive experiences in the past.

Customer service is disgusting. I asked for a bag at the self check outs today and the staff I asked (was wearing all black ginger beard white) was stood there doing nothing told me to go ask another staff member who was all the way near the tills busy with other customers. I just wanted a bag that I already paid for, had to wait a while. Rubbish service

One of the problems with this and most Morrisons, I've found, is that there is only one person manning the self checkout area. So if you're buying anything with an age limit you have to hang around and wait for them to be available. This situation is made worse by that one attendant having to hand out the carrier bags and scan them through. Either leave the bags where the customers can get them or put more staff on. I've just reduced my rating from four to three. My vegetarian daughter is home for the summer and I have just now realised how shockingly bad your selection of vegetarian food is. Honestly in a store that size there should be way more than one fridge selling fresh vegetarian options and the selection of frozen isn't much better. I put my other stuff back and went to Aldi. So far they have the best selection of choice for the none meat eaters among us. Photo of the frozen meat free freezer. Completely empty.

I'd say the car park is more spacious than asda for instance. Helpful and friendly staff. You are not put under pressure to pack your shopping at the tills' at 100 miles per hour. Always get asked by the cashier if I want them to slow down which is nice as going shopping shouldn't be made to feel pressurising.

Went last week, I was really disappointed. I wanted fish, I stood at the fish counter for about 10-15 minutes. There were other people waiting as well. I called but no one came, so then I asked for a manager. He was chatting with a colleague, he didn't bother with us either. There used to be really good and friendly service here.

Tasty breakfasts with lots of options and portion choices. The value is not as good as in the past, but nowhere is currently. Nevertheless, you get better value for money than many other breakfast options, for instance most big name fast food places. Quality tends to be consistent as we go regularly and rarely have issues and when we do the friendly staff are happy to resolve them. Loses one star as you generally order using the electronic screen and, unlike a human being at the till serving you, you can only use it to remove items from the standard meal options or to add extras, you cannot replace items you don't want with something else. E.g. if you don't want the black pudding, and we never do, you cannot replace it with an egg which you could do previously, when served at the till by a member of staff.

Greatnplace to shop. Almost all things are available out there. Chicken legs at morrison seems to be more cheaper than al halal and other near by shope. Most of the items are having a good quality. Billing section needs to be more faster.

Really disappointed with the service we got. Used the scan and pay service in the cafe. It said what was still available and unavailable and was told five minutes after this they only had one meal left. It came with no presentation and the meat in the pie was very dry. There was no jam snack packs which resulted in my son having a meltdown as he is very sensitive to changes and likes things to be specific. The cup of tea was good though.
