   Naomi and her team have been amazing for our family. She has been brilliant with my 4 year old and has been great at explaining anything I’ve needed with my dental care. The receptionists are brilliant and really happy to help, opening the door to help me through with the pram before I’ve even reached it and being really kind and sweet with my kids. It genuinely makes a huge difference to feel like kids are welcomed. Naomi and her dental assistant were amazing and patient with my baby for his first ever dentist appointment and were so kind to help with him when I needed an X-ray. Needing to get a few things done soon and feel very confident that I’m in good hands.

   I've been a patient at this practice for 15 years and count myself lucky to have such a reliable, friendly practice, from the lovely receptionists to the dental nurse. I've had various procedures to my teeth and I would highly recommend my dentist Dr Aled James, whose expertise has helped me to smile with confidence, whilst knowing I have a healthy set of nashers!

   Mandy is always very knowledgeable and always greets you when you walk into the dentist. She show compassion and makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond for all the patient's! she actively makes you feel at ease when youre waiting and if she isnt busy will always make time to talk and ask about your day! Heidi is one of a kind! She makes me laugh every single time I attend and is so lovely and down to earth! She has such a calming nature and helps put me at ease everytime I attend! For myself who has additional needs and an assistant dog Heidi, Carlie and the team are amazing, reassuring and take the time to not only get to know me but what adjustments I need and they adhere to it every single time without question or fault! They make me feel like family which is not something you'd expect from a dental surgery! I cannot fault them at all and I cant thank them enough for all they do as well! Keep up the good work xxx

Aled my dentist explained everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and provided top quality care. The practice itself is clean, modern, and very well organised, and the appointments run smoothly without long waiting times.    Paul and his colleagues are absolutely fantastic. I've spent a lot of time in the dentist over the years and Paul has always helped me get over my nerves, get work done that needed to be done with limited anxiety and is always always there if I need anything or have any issues. I've got lots of recurring issues but Paul and his team have never made me feel like an inconvenience which is how it can feel at appointments like this. Honestly, if youre nervous and you have the option to go with Paul or this practice, definitely do. They have made things a lot easier by listening to by concerns and doing what they can to help, with a smile.

   Honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. I am an extremely nervous dental visitor and will avoid at all costs. However as a new patient to the surgery, x-rays were taken and everything was explained in detail as to what the dentist could see. Highly recommend, I will be less nervous on my next visit! More dentists should take a leaf out of this book!!
