The team are always welcoming and friendly and make it an enjoyable experience for her. I also had my hair cut and highlighted today with Bailey, who did an amazing job.     Terrible experience – completely unacceptable! I booked a hair colouring appointment for my 14-year-old daughter as a special birthday present. When I made the booking, I specifically mentioned her age and was told it was absolutely fine as long as the parent is happy – which I am. My daughter was so excited and looking forward to it. We even went in two days before for the allergy test, which they did without any issues. So imagine our shock when we turned up for the actual appointment today, and they suddenly did a complete U-turn and refused to do it. No explanation that made any sense at the last minute. This place made us go back and forth for no reason, wasting our time and upsetting a young girl. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. I will never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time and don’t want to be misled or disappointed, go elsewhere. Terrible experience and truly terrible customer service.
