Alison cut the best haircut yoday for me. Extremely professional and a credit to her profession. The salon is extremely friendly and Martin is an exceptional business owner who is just fabulous Fautless service .
I really enjoyed my first ever visit. The staff are really nice, lovely and caring. They listen to you really well and give good professional advice for your hair, plus they are very trustworthy with everything and feel like there no anxiety or anything when getting my hair cut. They give you really good head massages if you’re getting your hair washed, they cut your hair nicely and neatly, they style your hair really well and all the conversation you will have with them are very positive. It can be expensive but to be honest it going to be expensive in every salon. I 100% recommend Klickers.
I've been going to kickers for over 20 years, I like the fact that they really listen to what you want and interpret what you're asking for well, I haven't had a bad haircut with them. I don't live in rugby anymore but still come into the town for my haircut because I've had bed cuts elsewhere. I also like the service, you feel pampered and the staff are really friendly too. It's more expensive than some hairdressers but I think it's definitely worth it.

I am new to the area & Klickers was recommended to me as the place to go after I had a not so good haircut. I am now happy to say I don’t have to look for another hairdresser as I love how it’s been cut & I was shown properly how to style it. I have cropped hair & I always struggle to get what I’m looking for but not this time. Everyone I dealt with was professional, the place was spotlessly clean & very COVID secure.
This morning I had my first hair cut since lockdown. I felt very safe and the attention of the staff is just as good even though they are having to pay so much attention to the cleanliness and safety of us all. Great haircut as always the best hairdresser in town. I highly recommend this salon.
This is the nicest hair salon that I have used. I have been coming regularly to Sarah for the last 9 years and am always impressed by the professional attitude of the staff. Without exception, everyone is so knowledgeable and thoughtful, and I am delighted with the cutting and colouring which Sarah does. I came in today and cannot thank the salon enough for the thoughtful way they have solved the social distancing required. I felt very confident that they were doing everything necessary without ruining the enjoyment of a hair appointment.
