Absolutely great! I booked a last minute appointment and was seen by Katie - really lovely and welcoming. Great stylist! I had a really good experience and my hair looks fab, would 100% recommend.
I went here recently for my first haircut in 10 years! I was really nervous but the staff were lovely and so welcoming. They took great care of me and I'm so happy with my hair. I'll be back again for sure!
Today I got my hair extensions fitted for the first time ever! (Never visited this salon before enquiring about extensions) The entire process was amazing. So friendly and relaxing and OMG what talent. My hair looks and feels incredible!! What an amazing experience. And the aftercare offered was above and beyond! So helpful. 10/10. Highly recommend
Asked me if I could move my appointment (scheduled it 6months in advance) from late September to early September. Agreed. Contacted me 3hrs before my appointment to cancel it as hairstylist wasnt feeling well (do hope she’s feeling better!) and was told I’d be contacted back to reschedule soon. Been 2.5weeks and have yet to be contacted with rescheduled appointment options. As my hairstylist will be off on maternity leave soon and the other hairstylists don’t seem to be bothered to help out and take on new customers (eg, offer me a new appointment with them), think I’ll start going elsewhere. Shame as did like it here. Owell.

Collected a root touch up kit to use at home today and just wanted to say a huge thank you. Everything I needed was in my bag & Stacey checked that I knew what I was doing. Really happy with my first visit. Emily coloured my hair and helped to cover and correct the awful job another salon in Rugby had made on it. Really happy with the end result cut looked great too. Will definitely be returning.
