The best nail shop in Leicester, I have been going to USA nails for over 6 years and I always get the best experience. Linh is fantastic, takes her time, very patient. All staff are friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend
Really rushed, not precise - definitely wouldn’t recommend! These are my natural nails with builder gel. They’re super thick, which is absolutely not necessary for this short length. The color was applied sloppily and went all over the side on my skin. Went back to ask for a correction and got my skin cut and started bleeding. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never go back.
I had a shellac on hand and toe nails at USA Nails and I’m extremely disappointed. My fingernails were done poorly — there’s a clear gap between the polish and my skin, so it already looks like my nails have grown out. The polish is full of bubbles and the shaping is uneven and sloppy. The toenails was even worse. My toenails were filed so aggressively that it was painful, and the application on my big toe looks awful and rushed. The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. On top of that, the salon itself was unclean. The tools used did not look properly cleaned, and I had to rest my feet on a floor covered in powder and nail clippings. It was unhygienic and very off-putting. This was my first time getting my nails done since moving here from London, and it was a huge letdown. Careless work, unprofessional service, and dirty conditions — I would absolutely not recommend this salon.
Worst classic manicure ever. No cuticle work, base coat was so old it was hard to get it out of the bottle, sloppy varnish work, the wole 9 yards. Ended up refusing the top coat as it looked half dried up.
USA Nails is the best nail service i have found to date in Leicester. The staff are courteous and professional. I've been coming to this salon for a couple years and telling all of my friends about it. I am always satisfied with the result. Thank you for always providing a wonderful experience.
The techs are so enthusiastic about nails and nail art that it's always a pleasure to visit them. They are so creative and compassionate! They did a beautiful job with just some random ideas by me. Oh, and the manicure lasts a month as well! Best nails salon in Leicester for sure!
Accepted me as a walk in to redo some broken & lifting gels. Ended up getting acrylics, with chrome powder (the Hailey ‘glazed doughnut’), they look amazing! A week in and super strong and shapely still. Beautician took her time and was very skilled. Huge range of colours, though less of the high-end ranges (such as The Gel Bottle). Feel and layout of the salon shop is as you’d expect of many high street nail stores - not a luxury spa, but a fantastic service nonetheless. Reasonably priced and accommodating on appointments. Will be back!
