   Worst nail salon i’ve been to all my life. came in for a simple gel set on my natural nails (all white) the very same day they started peeling (assuming because not only did she put so many layers, but she barely waited for them to dry) came in the next day and she had a horrible attitude with me . guessing because she was embarrassed the set she done wasn’t the best. now not even 2 weeks later they’ve literally been peeling and look horrible. would give 0 starts if i could. don’t come here guys USA NAILS IS BETTER!!!!

   On arrival, I was greeted rudely and was about to be turned away for the nail design I wanted. I settled for a simple infill which was done poorly. My nails are all different shapes, they were not buffed down properly so look bulky, and there are smudges in the paint where the technician had aggressively placed the nail lamp over my wet nails. Please don’t come here!!!

   Terrible pedicure & application of nail polish. Very thick clear coating. Stabbed my toe twice trying to cut toe nail & then proceeded to file nails back & forth, breaking and weakening several nails. Went in to discuss with owners who were absolutely dismissive & insisted that on toe nails it’s correct to file side to side instead of starting on edge of nail towards the centre, in one direction and repeat other side of nail to mid-point.This technique is to prevent nail damage. Very disappointing. Will not go again.

   Horrid service, I don’t ever plan to be back. Not only did they use the wrong shape of nail, they refused to admit their mistake and instead berated me for having called them out. Absolutely appalling to call yourself a business and act in this manner. Not sure if you had a bad day or if this is new ownership, but it is not a sustainable business practice.

   i am so shocked with how badly i was treated at star nails, i was a new costumer and wanted to get my nails done decently long however was not notified they could not do so. The lady doing my nails cut my fingers several times and would have an attitude when i would ask to fix something. I have never been treated so poorly from any nail salon, i flew in from canada a few days ago and coming to this nail salon makes me regret ever coming. These people are so rude and obnoxious, i will never be coming here again.
