   I visited Miss Nails for the first time last week to get a gel pedicure during a visit from Norway, and was treated really well. It's only been a few days later and the pedicure is still in good condition. The staff were really friendly, made me feel at home and are happy to share their opinion if you ask for it. Today I went for a gel BIAB (builder in a bottle) French manicure and was very pleased with both the end result and how receptive the staff were during the process (e.g. if I had any questions or asked for minor tweaks e.g. the thickness of the French tips). I also brought my mum in for a manicure too (which she was happy with). It is my first time getting the manicure here so I've yet to see the longevity, but based on my gel pedicure, I feel optimistic. I saw other clients getting more intricate nail art done (by hand) really well, which is a plus in my books! The overall atmosphere here is welcoming and cosy, and you can see the other clients are also happy and relaxed. This is just as important as the technical expertise of staff, and so I would recommend Miss Nails. Thank you, team! ^_^

   Have been going there for just over 2 years. My nails are now VERY damaged, they rush to do nails, Biab lasts 1 week to 10 days max and peels off !!!! Can be rude and pretend to not understand English. *** Update*** Went back and complained about the nails. Lady who wears glasses did a new set for a very reduced price which was very nice, however, no apology. Today 12/04, I went back and had another set done. Looks great! Hoping it lasts, will update.

   Always get a great service on my nails from this nail salon, they can't do enough for you. Really friendly staff, Nails are always on point, I highly recommend, if they are busy, I would say phone and make an appointment or go back later, the wait I definitely worth it due to the nails they provide, excellent service

   I came to the nail salon early on in the morning. I explained to the man I was having an infill and shellac. He quoted me £23 then just before doing my nails told me it would be £28.00 for full set then £5.00 each nail for nail design and £3.00 for each nail as I had lost 2. Making it £44.00 I wouldn’t mind paying this if I was told in the first place it’s as if they make the prices on the spot? I had used this salon before so I know they would not usually charge this. When I explained about the price they then agreed to do me the price on the price list. All my nails were smudged worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail shop. All paint was left round the edges and on my nails. Honestly awful
