   Shelves are usually pretty well stocked and it is so much quicker now with the self serve tills, with someone always there to help unlike other supermarkets where you have to wait for help.

   I'm so happy with this store. I have visited once or twice with kids and friends. The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help with any request always stands out to me. On this most recent trip I left my bags in the car, I needed the toilet by the time I finished packing. I was kindly allowed to use the staff toilet with supervision. I do think in 2024 everyone should have easy access to toilets. I also love the layout of the shop and their range of products. I'm always on the hunt for more plant based/eco friendly options and ALDI never lets me down. Thank you Elland ALDI!

   Staff made us feel bad for having shopping we’d bought from other stores, then went on to make us feel awful for doing a full shop stating we was holding people up?! Normally have no problems, really rude staff!

   It's a really good supermarket, since the refurbishment it looks so modern and cool. Plenty of great products to buy, produce is fresh and don't forget the middle aisle. Only let down is that they don't open checkouts quick enough and we are queuing down the aisles and it's just a nuisance when it's busy! Customer service is okay could be better seen as that's the last memory of the store experience and if that's bad or okay then that's what customers are going to remember!
