The arrogance and rudeness of a certain few staff at this branch is terrible. The lack of staff at tills is woeful and the insane obsession of holding on to carrier bags at the self service is a pointless exercise for speedy checkout

Generally good but beware of misaligned price labelling and expired used by dates. Under store parking is useful on wet days. Also, the cafe is no longer open

I did fall out with Morrisons, during COVID, their idea of safe distance at the tills for customers was bad. However, I have returned, they do a great gluten free selection both in the fridge, the freezer and on the shelves. It is all in one place

I don’t mind it in Elland it’s probably one of the better locations good for parking no busy road s near by just handy to use for myself plus they have a cafe available if needed plus toilets looks very clean to me but yes not happy with the self service is it better than the service ti person serving you I think the human touch is a lot better a service with a smile is much more appreciated- self service so should we be paying to load are own shopping up I feel like society is losing a grip on reality but hey ho I do feel for the older generation who struggle with this technology.

Loved deli, fish, meat etc counters. Pleasant staff. Bread particularly good from here.

Normally my main choice for shopping but this morning was disappointing. Got to the checkouts at 7.30 a.m and no-one on the tills. Asked at the tobacco counter and was told there are 2 staff members 'down there'. Found them yapping away to each other and I enquired if anybody was serving on the tills. "Why" came the intelligent response. Come on Morrisons-plenty of competition to go to if you can't be bothered. Had a similar experience at Tesco's in Brighouse once and I have never gone back. One last chance.

Love shopping @ Morrisons, only down side now are the cafes where they are usually understaffed & more limited availability. The staff who are there are always very helpful & I would give them the 5 star rating

God, where to start. My main issue is with the self service staff. They're utterly useless. You either have get their attention, or wait 10 minutes before they notice the red light on your checkout. Half the time there isn't even anyone there to sort it out. The cafe is terrible. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get food out. Once had to wait half an hour (we were the only customers) for 2 fry ups. Items are always missing, or they run out something and replace things without asking you first.

First time using this store as live in lindley Huddersfield, was very impressed in the ease of access to the store. Once parked up and entered was very much impressed with the disabled access as my partner is disabled. Will be using this store a lot more in the future. Great thank you.
