   I would not recommend anyone to even think about going to this salon. It is the worst service I have ever seen in my life. Not even the treatment of the person in charge, nor the unprofessional service. You will waste your money and time, you might damage your hair, and in the end, your level will not match their level because... you complain about the poor service!!!! This is exactly what happened to me. They put a price in the app but when you pay they explain to you that the service for that price is not enough for your hair or not going yo have silky hair or low so you are forced to pay the extra that you paid to have the better result, which was 35 pounds and a total of 90 pounds to get the keratin treatment that I did not get and even the way of straightening is very weak snd unprofessional, At home I can straight my hair better than them by degrees. He also used less than 50 ml of the product without touching the top or bottom of the strands and the hair remained dry as if the product had not touched it and the hair remained like there is no product on it When I asked for straightening the sides, he said he could not because he was afraid to get close to the roots and he professional she said!! with this my hair remained frizzy from the roots, sides and the ends of the strands, the hair is disheveled. They set you up in a professional way without providing the service and she does not like that you complain and say that the price is cheap and that is the result. She changed all her words before proper scams. The photo after the application of the little amount of keratin it look like before dry and it should be wet with the product.

   I 100% recommend this hairdressers, I have been twice the last time in December 2022. Each time they have been very welcoming and listened to what you want doing, with giving options also. A lot of hairdressers I have been to tend to cut more off than I asked for. It was amazing to see the lift in my hair done only by blow drying.

   Had a wash/ cut & blow-dry and curly finish at the end. All my life I had a long hair and for me it was a huge step. The hairdresser Ibrahim was highly qualified and experienced! You can feel it at the moment he looks at your hair! My hair was in really bad condition due to the lighting and I had to cut it. Wasn’t sure how much will be best for me and I just trusted the process and stylist. And it turned great! Got a curly finish at the end . When I left the salon my hair felt FANTASTIC! I loved the salon too! Amazing experience! All stuff very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!
