   From the outset it must be stated that this is a very small M&S Simply Food so any and all comments you'll see on reviews before has to take this into account! Sure Bingley is crying out for a store like the one in Skipton (or even bigger!) but Bingley would be worse off if we didn't have one at all. I've been going regularly for years and the produce is quality and the store is open 24/7/365. Not many shops can say they are but if you are short of something on Christmas Day then this place will be about the only semi-decent place open in the centre of Bingley! I've found the staff very friendly in general, particularly Kirk and his wife who have been working there for years.

   Good range of food but some staff are very abrupt, particularly the middle aged male! If you don’t enjoy your job, get out and get something more suitable.

   Tried to charge my car at new station. They even were advertising half price coffee on the stands. Asked staff if the chargers were even working. Informed not.. no warning signs no nothing, no info on when this will start working.. Bunch of amateurs. I’ll stick with Lidl for electric charging. At least it works.

   As an Asian my 17 and 1/2 year old was victim to racial profiling. He waited in a long queue in store to pay for my fuel whilst I (mum) whom the staff saw filling my Range Rover and then waiting in the car with my severely disabled baby. However, Michelle Bird a miserable looking old lady held my poor son up and refused to take payment from him. Given that he recently lost his father and I asked him to pay as my disabled baby was crying I am disgusted with how poorly my son whom is almost 18 years Old and was with me was treated. The store was fine apart from this one racist Michelle bird. I am considering taking my complaint to the papers as this is not how paying customers deserve to be treated.

   Decent food and drink options on my doorstep. Only small, I wouldn't recommend for doing a weekly shop unless you want to create a huge queue behind you, slightly more pricey but decent quality food as you'd expect. Always busy here due to the lack of petrol stations near by.
