   I’ve been going to Kelly’s nails for many years now … however I had the worst experience today ever… my nails were done by a guy who maybe new as I’ve not seen him in there before. I never leave reviews but after trying to ask him to correct the shape of my nails on my hand it left them slightly different sizes and thickness. I didn’t dare say anymore then the painting of the gel colour was patchy and big area on the thumb not painted …. I got in my car and looked at the state of my toe nail s I had gel on, they were cut/filed not straight and well, the gel looked like it had been applied, blind folded (my old gel on my nails looked 100 time better than what k just had done) I will refuse to have them done by this guy again. The guy was a short stocky looking guy. 14.08.25

   It was my first time today and cannot fault Kelly. She made all customers feel welcome and made sure I was happy with the nails before proceeding. The staff are more than happy to adjust their work if you’re not happy. The only thing I will say is I wish Kelly did my pedicure also as a different person did them and cut them shorter than I’d hoped. Overall lovely experience

   Took my daughter as a treat for doing her GCSES and she loved it. Was her first time experiencing this and unfortunately she chipped one nail on the first evening, however they kindly redid it for free the next day.

   My mother and I both went to this salon for acrylic infills with gel overlay on our long, natural nails and full pedicure with gel on our toes. My mother's nails were cut way too short and my toes were too. Despite having double appointments for 11am, we weren't served until 11.35am only to not get the design I wanted and to get a simple french that was polished off centre and look streaky. As it's my wedding anniversary, I'm not only disappointed but annoyed at the £65 wasted.

   Was OK, plenty of staff so didn't have to wait. Pedicure was very good, manicure however was very quick and not a great end result, didn't file nail tops down so still felt rough afterwards. Probably won't go back, other might have a completely different view which I appreciate.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Went there a week ago to have my nails done, asked to have builder gel put on, all they did was to put normal gel polish on my nails, made a cut on one of my thumbs then try to overcharge me for the builder get I never gotten! Definitely not going back.

   My teenage daughter used your nail salon, when her toe nails were being done the man doing them and the staff around him proceeded to point and laugh at her toes (which she is already paranoid about) she left the salon in tears and rang me sobbing. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Edit- they continuously talk in their language and we’re pointing at her feet and laughing- don’t lie and say football- that makes it even worse!!

   Great salon, always manage to get last minute appointments and even though the place is always extremely busy with clients, appointments start on time and the results are just what I ask for. Also they are very quick so you don’t end up spending your whole day there. Very happy with my new set of nails, thank you x
