Sales assistant is not a happy bunny whatsoever- either give her a payrise (that might be the cause) or hire someone else. The word assistant is used very freely here as this is not a quality the person in question possesses. Not even a greeting although she walked three times pass me (I though she is a customer). Was returning a parcel and felt like I deserve a prison sentence for it. Then was the issue with the matter of a label (oooo why did I not print one myself and relied to the service stated)..... it was not clear as to why I should have a screenshot of my QR code and as to why the 'assistant' is unable to assist me but is able to assist another person who it happened to not be overhead speaking on the phone on different language than English! Racial on top of all other qualities she has been hired for! It is 2023, we are supposedly living in a versatile world but only supposedly..... Avoid if you are normal human being expecting standard service and assistant and especially if you have any sort of accent not tallying with Broad Yorkshire one ... you are doomed in this shop then.

Came to collect my parcel and the lady working there was a right moody margret about it it was the white lady with the glasses called betty or becky, Giving me dirty looks from when i went to the store, being snappy with me and talking to me in a rude manor, itβs absolutely unacceptable and you wonβt see me coming here again

Can you believe even though it was made illegal in 2018, 3 years later this store is still charging customer to use their debit card ? while not a large amount it's the principle I was told by the shop assistant that other shops in the region even charge upto a pound ...while small amounts.they soon add up if its the law why are they breaking it and getting away with it .scandalous and I have complainied to the trading standards more people should do the same otherwise they will continue to get away with it.
