I’ve had my hair done by Sophie several times. She’s a talented hairdresser who also helps make suggestions on styling. At my last haircut, I asked for bangs and I absolutely LOVE how I look. It’s a relaxing salon, too, with massage chairs provided for when you’re getting your hair washed. Five stars!
I've been a customer at Bouff for over five years, and I keep coming back despite moving to Swansea. I have my hair cut by Sarah and Annelise, and Lisa waxes my enthusiastic eyebrows back into shape. The atmosphere is fun and informal, whilst still providing an excellent and professional service. And there is tea. This is the best hairdressers and beauty salon that I've been to.
Bouff is the most amazing hair salon I've ever been to! I am over the moon with the transformation Sophie made on my hair. I went from bleached, dry, patchy and high maintenance hair to the most perfect easy maintenance and healthy bob! Lisa was also amazing at communicating the logistics behind the cut to me! You girls are amazing and I cannot begin to thank you enough for how much you made me feel me again. Thank you x
I have been a client of Bouff’s for over 5 years now! Even though I have moved out of Cardiff I wouldn’t use anyone else! The girls are amazing! I never know what style I want but they always know exactly what I want! The salon is amazing and every member of staff always make me feel welcome with a latte at the ready! Love you girls!

The team at Bouff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from when I first booked my appointment. All of the team members were so professional, and my stylist, Sophie, listened to me completely and made me feel totally relaxed. Medi and Charlotte were also really friendly! I'm so happy with how they coloured and cut my hair and their prices are fantastic. It is a real treat and pamper going to Bouff!
I’ve been going to Bouff for over 6 years having highlights, cuts and blow drys. Sarah is fantastic; not only does she do a great job on my hair, she is friendly and welcoming. All the ladies in the salon are the same and I enjoy the experience of going there as much as having a great hair style at the end of it. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else and the fact it’s on my doorstep is a bonus-although I’d happily travel for them! Highly recommend them to anyone!
Absolutely love Bouff! I'd been with my previous salon for a long time but the colourist left & I wanted a change. I've always walked past Bouff and thought how lovely it looked from the outside. I'm so glad I booked. The inside of the salon is just as lovely as the outside & it's such a friendly and welcoming place. I'm super fussy with my hair but Erin has been amazing, great advice & a really talented hairdresser. I'm so happy with my hair again. Would highly recommend.
