   Having recently had to call Blauberg because my Bathroom ventilation fan ( a CALM 100) had broken again in my bathroom & I was struggling to get the cover off from my Electrician installing it less than 2 yrs ago & my never being able to remove it, I had the joy of speaking to LEWIS whose customer service was excellent & I learnt that the fans are actually covered by a 5yr guarantee. I explained to LEWIS how I had never been able to remove the ventilation cover & only clean it from the underside and he very kindly forwarded me two very helpful photos with instructions on how to remove the cover. Following the Christmas break he again emailed asking how I had got on & if the photos had helped. I only wish there were more concerned & interested people about like LEWIS. BLAUBERG, he is a credit to your company Thank you again Lewis.

   By far the worst company I have come across! They sold us the wrong machine; it has no WiFi connection and guess what? There is no device to attach to it to make it WiFi compatible so we were heavily overcharged for the machine we ordered and the one sent. Of course they are very sorry for this and wanted to fool us with only £140 as a sorry based on no logic. We are taking them to the court now once the time we were told to wait for them for last chance to reply. I was assured that we will win it but having to go through this hassle and waste the time with them is frustrating; I just guess until then my reward is that my friend agreed not to buy it when I shared my experience. I am confident I will be able to protect more others. In all fairness it is my fault for not reading the reviews; it’s clear like day light how “brilliant” they are.

   Garbage bathroom fan, broke after 18 months and they wouldn’t honour the warranty because my builder didn’t keep the receipt. The 5 year warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Avoid.

   I had to call them recently to discuss an order where one of the parts wasn’t as expected. They took the time to check with the warehouse to try and resolve the issue. I will definitely not hesitate to order from them again

   AVOID! Fan sent DOA, refuse to cover postage back and state they will only cover a standard postage fee at their discretion. The postage is £25 due to the weight and insurance required to sent it back. Bought on Amazon, however Blauberg (The Ventilation Shop) are not responding to customer or amazon attempts at contact to resolve the issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, Look at all the other reviews! Awful. Update: And now they respond 2 years later telling me to do the things I already did, which still failed, absolute joke of a company.

   0 stars if that was possible!!! I agree with the last few 1* reviews below. This company/products & customer service are one of the worst I have come across. Customer service Hide behind a email adress and never give you a name. My extractor started making clicking sounds which progressively got worse and started to get sparks, YES sparks in a bathroom extractor!! They state a 5yr warranty then made silly excuses so do not have to replace the faulty unit (18mnths of light use) Excuses they used to get out of the warranty: 1. The little connector screws are corroded 2. You have not maintained it by wiping the spinning plastic fins They even refused to return the unit back to me stating I had not paid postage in the first place. This is how petty minded they are. Stay Away

   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a unit 2 years ago. Both fans failed. Customer service arrogant and argumentative. I have never been so annoyed by a company before. They wouldn't help with a parts discount and ignored my further emails. Warranty a joke as funnily enough removing a heat recovery unit to return is not so easy. I have decided to scrap the unit and buy a proper one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
