   Well, what a pleasant experience. Managed to find my favourite pipe tobacco here, so I promptly ordered it. Lovely chap on the phone at Bull Brand, he was so helpful, super quick to respond. The package arrived today (next day delivery) with a couple of unexpected treats in the box (!!) which I’ll enjoy with a coffee and my pipe. Lovely experience, absolutely first class.    Well, if its not bad enough that the government has increased the prices for cigarettes yet again. You have to increase the amount of cigarettes I can order by £100.00 with free delivery. This is extremely unfair for people who do not get that kind of money in a week. I am disabled and people out of work can not afford a lump sum like that when they are already struggling with life as it is. Now I will have to go back to the cheapest brand available. You properly have a warehouse full of them at the old price and yet we pay through the nose. I thought that this was a good Company when I started to get my cigarettes from you but not so sure now. Kick a man when he is down comes to mind. Shame on you...

   Have used this company about 5 times now with no issues and excellent service. Rolling tobacco order made at 8.55am today and email and text received at 11.07am confirming order dispatch and providing Royal Mail tracking number. Free 3-7 day shipping on orders over £100. Tobacco I ordered is the same price at the supermarket, although the supermarket did not always have the amount I want to buy in stock! I have ordered filters and tins with previous orders with Bull Brand and both were significantly cheaper than I could buy elsewhere. I normally receive my order within 3 to 4 working days as Royal Mail post around my area is normally pretty efficient. Would definitely recommend.
