Visited for the first time on 02/01/26. Drove over from Manchester and it was well worth it. What a gem of a place. Called for an hour and ended up staying 5 !! I was greeted by Simon who I found extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Took my brother and will definitely be making it a regular stop in the future.
My favourite Cigar shop/lounge in the Uk. Fabulous selections of whisky, rum, cigars, pipes, pipe tobacco and accessories. Very friendly staff, it feels like a family. Sheer perfection - please visit you'll never be disappointed.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience at Churchill Tobacconist. From the moment I walked in, Simon Halstead made me feel right at home. He took the time to get to know my tastes and recommended the Sweet Jane cigar, which paired perfectly with a glass of The Dalmore whiskey — smooth, rich, and incredibly enjoyable. The lounge has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and unwind. Churchill Tobacconist has definitely become my go-to spot for quality cigars, fine whiskey, and great conversation. I was in several times during my stay in the UK and will always recommend this shop.
A fantastic tobacconist, a large selection and extremely welcoming and hospitable staff. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who served me but from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt welcome and valued. The prices are very reasonable and they have regular tasting nights. There is a lounge area open to customers to enjoy their cigars on site if they wish and a walk in humidor with a vast range of cigars to suit all. I was reliably informed that they are continually reviewing their stock and adding new selections to looking forward to my next visit. Can't recommend this place enough
An amazing place, really chilled out. The staff, Tony and simon, are great at helping me pick out cigars, giving some great recommendations. The lounge is really comfortable, a perfect place to sit and enjoy a perfect cigar and whiskey
